Terms and Conditions

When booking with Cusco Destinos, the client agrees and accepts the following terms and conditions.

  • The itinerary of the private tours can be totally tailored to your preferences and you may choose the places to visit in order of priority. We recommend that you request any modification in advance, in order to provide you with the best service always.
  • Cusco Destinos may cancel and / or modify the itinerary of the tours in case of force majeure or events beyond our control, including strikes, roads and rails being blocked, weather conditions, etc., which could endanger the safety of our clients and staff, and could affect the delivery of our service.
  • Some schedules may vary as they are subject to availability beyond our control. We recommend to book the tours in advance.
  • The client must provide the right personal data. This information will be verified at the entry of the archaeological places and it is required for the purchase of tickets.

We need the following information for all the tour participants: Full name / Date of birth / Passport number / Nationality / Contact mail and phone number / Additional information or special requests like medical or food restrictions, in order to anticipate and avoid any misunderstanding or inconvenience. The rates ​​are written in US dollars and are subject to the current exchange rate, which will be confirmed by email at the time of booking.

  • A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour is required in order to proceed with the reservation. The amount due can be paid before the tour begins. This does not apply to Machupicchu tours nor the Inca Trail, that require a full pre-payment.
  • Any fee arisen due to wire transfers must be assumed by the client.
  • Any tour cancellation or modification within 24 hours before its start, will be exempt from any penalty. If less than 24 hours, a penalty of 100% will be charged. This does not apply for the Machupicchu tours nor the short Inca Trail.
  • The cancellation or modification of any Machupicchu tour and/or short Inca Trail is subject to a 100% penalty, because it is not allowed to modify nor cancel the entrance tickets.
  • The client has the responsibility to bring his personal documents and equipment necessary for the tour. Cusco Destinos can provide information in good faith on topics related to the trip (weather, type of clothing, etc), however it is exempt from any liability. When booking a tour, the client has been warned through our web about the difficulty level, it is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their own physical condition and of the tour demands.
  • The client must keep an appropriate and respectful behavior at all times. Offensive or discriminatory comments, illegal acts or acts against the cultural heritage, the integrity of the people and the environment are not allowed. In such a situation, the client will be excluded from the tour without any right to complaint or refund. In case the client decides to leave the tour or conclude it earlier, there will be no complaint or refund for the unused services.
  • In the event of any complaint regarding our services, the client must immediately notify the representative or contact person of Cusco Destinos at the moment the problem arises, in order to take the corrective measures and to look for the best solution. If the client fails to complain at the appropriate time, no claim or compensation will take place after the tour is over.

Cusco Destinos is committed to safeguarding the security and privacy of our clients. The personal data that we collect will be for the exclusive use of Cusco Destinos, necessary for the purchase and selling of our services and in case we need to contact you.

We will not share any personal information of the client and we declare that we neither sell nor rent personal data to any organization.
